    1. If you have lost your password, the quickest way to regain access is to contact one of the administrators of your account, but you can also contact Customer Support (see below).

    1. Even after authenticating your credentials, we highly recommend maintaining a secure connection where all your transactions are encrypted. This helps keep your account safe.

    1. When this option is checked, we will remember your Login ID for up to a week so that you do not have to retype it each time. For security reasons, this cannot be done with passwords.
